Activated. Motivational. Wise. These three words best describe Honey Agency’s CEO & Founder, Meghan Phillips. With nearly two decades of experience in marketing strategy and driving creative campaigns, Meghan’s expertise as a marketing veteran and creative strategist is extensive.
Her experience combines a Business degree with a Wine Marketing concentration from Sonoma State University, leading direct-to-consumer campaigns for Viansa Winery and Java City, and marketing for a wine distributor start-up in San Francisco.
Meghan utilizes both classic and emerging techniques while leading hundreds of consumer campaigns for wine, food, and product-focused organizations. In addition to her work in the food & ag space, Meghan has led numerous statewide and local campaigns with message and media placement strategically placed across radio, TV, digital, print, and outdoor platforms to optimize campaign success.
With deep roots in Sonoma wine-country, Meghan is an entrepreneur at heart. Every minute she isn’t empowering passion within her team or clients she is with her husband of 12 years, two elementary-school-aged children, and making to do lists to update her 1952 Spanish adobe home in Sacramento. Another fun fact, she has been an indoor cycling instructor for over 13 years and wakes up at 5 AM two days per week to teach at Urban Flex Fitness.
